Taskin Ahmed Tazim celebrates a wicket

Bangladesh rising pacer Taskin Ahmed Tazim will be leaving Dhaka to Australia on upcoming Wednesday for his knee treatment.

Taskin Ahmed said yesterday on Thursday at Mirpur Share-e Bangla National Cricket Stadium, “I am preparing to stay 17 days at Melborne in Australia for my treatment. I am suffering from left knee injury since many days. I am going there to take advice on rehabilitation.”

“Doctors of Bangladesh Cricket Board informed It might be risky to take surgery now as I am still young and growing day by day. Do I need to take surgery or not I can know after Australia tour.” Taskin added

Taskin Ahmed got injured in his left knee last year in Dhaka Premier League. For that reason he didn’t play U-19 Asia Cup. But he played U-19 World Cup last year. Though he didn’t recover from injury he played 4 matches for Chittagong Kings in the Bangladesh Premier League this year.
