According to Nazmul Hassan Papon, the ICC were reassured on this issue after the BKSP ground has been offered as a possible alternative venue for T20 World Cup 2014.

The time frame of three months for the ad-hoc committee to make the election is long past and the lack of improve in bringing the polls into being has raised many eyebrows and the elicited much criticism. Nazmul Hassan informed on Monday at a press brief at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport that election must be held in one month.
