New Zealand national Cricket team will start their tour of Bangladesh in October. Prior to that, a four member representative team has come to Dhaka for the observation of venues and security checking.
The four member team is headed by the manager of the kiwi team Mike Sandler; the others are security specialist Sam Dickson, CEO of the players association Hith Mills and the representative of the player’s association Henry Moor.
CEO of Bangladesh Cricket Board Mr. Nizamuddin Chowdhury has said that it is a part of the routine check up before any national tour. “At first they will go to Chittagong, after that they will visit Khan Shaheb Osman Ali stadium of Fotulla and Mirpur Sher-e-bangla stadium. Sylhet will be the last destination”- he added.
