Ross Taylor thinks spin won't be threatening for them

New Zealand are planning on the battle with Bangladesh considering all the 11 team members, not merely someone like Shakib , Tamim or Razzaque. During the conversation with the journalists Ross Taylor, one of the most destructive batsmen of the current cricket world and one of the greatest reliability of the quite fragile bating line up of the New Zealand team said, “We have plan for all the team members of the Bangladesh team. Bangladesh team has some good players about whom we have to be aware of.”

The New Zealand team is being more weary because of the disgraceful experience of the last time. So Tailor thinks to focus on any particular player might not be a good strategy since cricket is a team game.  He said, “Tamim and Shakib are world class players. Abdur razzaque has always been successful against us. We saw many video footages of Shohag Gazi. Mahmudullah Riyad played well against us last time; he has a century in Hamilton as well.” Ross Taylor seemed happy about getting to do some outdoor practices as it was a rainless day after couple of days. He said, “we did not really think, sun would show up today. It feels great to practise in the outdoor ground. Nevertheless, we had good practice in the indoor. It feels little bit better to get to practice outside.” Right after New Zealand team took off in Bangladesh, the players had to face questions upon the disparaging defeat of 4-0 last time. Ross Taylor did not seem bothered about it at all. “I did not really have much of memory before you guys get me to know about this. I already mentioned that, Bangladesh is a great team in their conditions. Not only for the rivalry, we have to be at our best to create pressure on them.”

While he was asked , whether it was the series of revenge Tailor was bit diplomatic. “As far as I have remembered we won the test series against Bangladesh by 1-0. Our main focus is on the test series.” Ross Taylor thinks that, spin might not be the greatest weapon this time as it always had been against them .He said, “Many had played here before. They played in India and Srilanka, too. We are not connaturally attacking against spin. We had to follow our personal formula against spin.”

He felt pacers had a good chance here. “I feel that, spinners may do well here. Wickets seem to be bit of brittle. I would say, there is a bit of chance of reverse swing being in action. We have bunch of good pacers who enjoys bowling with the new ball.”
