Favorite Kolkata Knight Riders has placed themselves at the top of the point table culminating a comfortable win against Delhi Daredevils at the Eden Gardens on Friday. The 7 wicket win is their seventh win of the season playing nine matches.
One more time, Gautam Gambhir and Robin Uthappa performed the job for Kolkata Knight Riders – like most other previous encounters, Gambhir-Uthappa partnership sealed the victory for SRK’s team in the cash rich tournament.
It seemed to become methodical for Kolkata Knight Riders to have opener Gautam Gambhir and Robin Uthappa to score bulk of the runs needed for winning matches and the 32nd encounter of the Indian Premier League bore no exception for the home team.
