Tamim played a big knock of career-best 157 runs off 125 deliveries with 18 fours and 7 sixes at a strike rate of 125.60 against Kalabagan Krira Chakra at BKSP (4) in the second round of the league. The left-hander is happy after hitting a big knock.

He, along with national team players won’t be available for the rest of the DPL season due to Ireland tri-series and Champions Trophy. So, the 28-year old hopes to give his best for his team Mohammedan for the rest of the matches he will be available.
“We will not be available for the tournament from April 26th, and I hope that all the national cricketers will deliver their best during this time. I have started well for Mohammedan. In the next two-three games, I will try to give my best and help the team with wins,” said Tamim.
Tamim missed the first round of this league due to suspension given last year.
