Warner scores stormy century against Kolkata

David Warner smashed a firing century against Kolkata Knight Riders. His devastating century helped Sunrisers to post a massive target of 210 runs on the board against the Riders in the 37th match of this ongoing VIVO IPL 2017.

After asking to bat first, David Warner and Shikhar Dhawan started blasting from the very beginning of the match over the Riders bowlers. They added 50 runs off just 23 balls and brought up 100 runs in just 8.4 overs as Warner’s blasted. This left-hander batsman completed his fifty in just 23 balls.

Dhawan fall on 139 runs but Warner continued his stormy action and brought up century in just 43 balls including 7 fours and 8 sixes. Then Kane Williamson joined in the party. After scoring 126 runs Warner was sent back by Woakes when Sunrisers score was 171 in 16.2 overs.

Then, late fire from Williamson’s 40 runs from 25 balls helped Sunrisers Hyderabad to post a total of 209 runs for losing  wickets after 20 overs.
