It will be a very tough series for us- Mashrafe.

The Bangladesh Cricket team is in Ireland at the moment to take part in a three nation tri- nation cricket series. The series is mainly organized as a practice ahead of the upcoming ICC Champions trophy. But the skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has said that the series will be a very big test for his side.

The series will go under its way from tomorrow Friday by the clash of Bangladesh Cricket team and the hosts. The captain during the press conference today has said, “Ireland are a very good team in their home. So, the tournament will be very tough for us. We need to give our best to win the matches.”

Tigers also toured New Zealand earlier this year. The result during the series was very disappointing for the visitors as they ended the entire tour without a victory. The Ireland tour is their next overseas mission. But Bangladesh had a decent conditioning camp in Sussex ahead of the series which the captain believe will be very fruitful, “We came in England two weeks ago. The team did practiced according to our goal. Everyone is fit and trying to adjust to the condition.All of our eighteen cricketers had prepared themselves very well. ”

Bangladesh Cricket team will take part in the ICC Champions trophy at the end of this series. That is why Mashrafe is taking this series very seriously ahead of the mega event. He want his team to continue their good work of recent years. The experience and performance during the series should help his team in their next assignment he also said.

The opening match between Bangladesh Cricket team and Ireland will start at 3:45 PM Bangladesh time tomorrow. Mashrafe Bin Mortaza though will miss the match due to suspension for slow over rate during the last series.
