"Miss Ireland" cheers for Bangladesh

So when she had got an invitation from the Bangladesh officials in Ireland to support the Bangladesh cricket team from the stadium in the fourth match of the tri-nation series in Dublin, she accepted the invitation without any hesitation.

“Bangladesh vs Ireland Cricket Match !! Thank a lot Bangladesh Cricket Team for inviting me to watch the match today. I’m honoured!! Good luck!!,” Prioty posted on Facebook.

Although she is currently an Irish citizen, she still supported her motherland during the clash between Bangladesh and Ireland in dublin,on Friday. She went to the stadium wearing Bangladesh jersey and cheered for the Tigers throughout the match.

In a live video message on Facebook Maksuda Akhter Prioty said, she was invited to the stadium by the Bangladesh officials so there was no chance of supporting Ireland in the match, though she had best wishes for the Irish team too.

“My jersey clearly identifies that I am here only to support Bangladesh. I was invited by the Bangladesh officials to come here. So obviously I will be supporting Bangladesh. However, I have best wishes to the Ireland cricket team too. But today I am cheering for Bangladesh,” Prioty told in her video.
