Mustafiz disappointed with IPL mission

Mustafizur wants to be remembered as a good human being

Bangladesh Cricket team sensation Mustafizur Rahman has returned Dhaka yesterday after his assignment for Indian Premier League- IPL Twenty/20 for this season. He was seen to play only for a single match this season and that is why he is not satisfied with the season he had with his team Sunrisers Hyderabad. The bowler known as ‘Cutter Master’ was in Mirpur Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium today. Later he spoke with the media after huge request by the journalists. He agreed at last but kept a condition to no ask about Indian Premier League- IPL.

Despite his request at the end the question automatically arise that is he depressed after remaining in the bench for match after match ? Mustafizur revealed another cutter as he did not answered the question directly but said overall he had a decent experience once again.

Though he had to see his team play from the bench in most of the matches he was happy with the achievements behind the scene. Mustafiz said, “I did not got enough chance in IPL. There were 8/9 overseas cricketers in the team out of which only four played’‘.

”The dressing room experience was very huge though. There are many big cricketers. And is plenty to learn from them. There is no end to learn,” he added.

It was Mustafizur’s second season in the Twenty/20 league. Last year he was one of the best performers of the tournament winning the award of best emerging award and playing a key role in his team Sunrisers Hyderabad’s road towards title.

Earlier there was a lot of discussion over his participation in the tenth edition of Indian Premier League- IPL Twenty/20. There was rumor that he might not get the permission to play this season, as he was injured very badly while playing in the tournament last season. But later on Bangladesh Cricket Board- BCB decided to give him the NOC for the participation.
