By time of writing this report, New Zealand are 206 for losing 3 wickets after 38 overs. Ross Taylor is batting on 18 and he is currently assisted by left-hander kiwi batsman Corey Anderson. He is batting on 22 runs off 20 balls.
Taylor and Anderson are looking dangerous. Current partnership between them is 43 runs off 47 balls. Earlier, New Zealand lost their first wicket on 23 runs. Bangladesh prodigy pacer Mustafizur Rahman sent back Ronchi as New Zealand lost their first wicket.
After the early lose, Latham and Broom repaired their early lose by adding 133 runs in the second wicket stand. They were becoming dangerous then Nasir Hossain came to bowl and gave Bangladesh much needed break through by dismissing Broom in the 29th over of the match.
Later, Nasir Hossain also grabbed the big wicket of New Zealand skipper Tom Latham who was going solidly on the way to score back to back century. Latham was bowled by Nasir in the first ball of 31st over. Before getting out he played a blistering knock of 84 runs off 92 balls with 11 fours.
