Kumar Sangakkara, who played for the team in last two seasons, has also been retained for the upcoming season.
On Sunday evening, Dhaka Dynamites authority confirmed that Mohammad Amir will play for them in this season of BPL.
They wrote the following in their official facebook page:
Mohammad Amir has signed up to play for the Champions in the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
Amir is going to entitle the BPL with his slanting away swinger and the deadly yorker!
Amir made his first appearance in BPL during the 2015 edition of the tournament, playing for Tamim Iqbal’s Chittagong Vikings and took as many as 13 wickets that paved his way back to the Pakistan national team.
