Anil Kumble set to make a ‘bitter exit’ as India coach

Once given a high grade for the post of India’s national team coach, former spin great Anil Kumble’s fate is all set for a kind of harsh passaged out from the position right after the ICC Champions Trophy.

According to reports in Indian media, BCCI is against the renewal of Anil Kumble’s one year contract which will come to an end after the ongoing prestigious ICC tournament.

Despite doing an excellent job as India coach, Anil Kumble’s position has been deteriorated after significant lack of adjustment between the coach and skipper Virat Kohli was flared in the media before the high voltage encounter against Pakistan.

The conflict between the coach and the captain might generally aroused for trying to implement a coaches’ views in a traditionally captain’s game. According to reports of NDTV, one of the all – time greats in Indian cricket, Anil Kumble just expressed his unwillingness to hold the coach’s position.

The sources also said, if Anil Kumble would not carry on, Virender Sehwag might be the first name to replace the current Indian coach.

The sources further added, the Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administration (CoA) will meet with Kumble in an attempt to persuade him to stay on.
