Confident Taskin eyes Champions Trophy final

Bangladesh qualified to the semi-final of any ICC event for the first in it’s cricket history. But who could imagine before the start of the tournament that Tigers will knock two of the favorite teams out the race?

Tigers did and now they are one of the four teams who will fight for the trophy. Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed, however had a strong believe that they would go through to the semi-finals and remembered that again while talking to the reporters on Sunday.

“I said it earlier that InShaaAllah we would play semi-final. Finally we are in the semi-finals,” he said.

He further added, “It can’t be explained by words that how much happy we are. We are very excited about semi-finals. Actually it is a great experience. We all are happy now.

However, the speed star now dreaming of something which is even bigger. Yes he wants to beat India and play the Final, on June 18. Apart from that he also wants to be the hero by bowling a match winning spell.

“Now we can make history by going to the final. If opportunity is given to me, I will try to bowl a match winning spell,” said hopeful Taskin.
