Imran Khan hurt by Pakistan’s dismal performance against India

Imran Khan heart broken after Pakistan’s below par performance against arch rivals India.

The former world cup winning captain of Pakistan and current politician Imran Khan was left heart broken after witnessing Pakistan losing helplessly against India. He took to twitter to express his frustrations with the current Pakistani side and talk about the mismanagement  happening in the Pakistan Cricket Board(PCB).

The former Pakistani all-rounder wrote that he is not frustrated because his side lost. But he was disappointed at the way Pakistan lost the match, without even mustering up a fight against India.

He blamed the Pakistan crickets structure for this dismal performance. He further warned everyone that if they don’t bring about changes in their system, they will continue to have poor outings against their arch rivals India.

Khan further stated his argument by questioning the appointment of Shahryar Khan as the PCB chairman. Imran said that Sharyar was not appointed as the chairman based on merit, rather he is in this position because of his good ties with the current Pakistani prime minister Nawaz Sharif.

Pakistan are to take on another favorites to win the tournament, South Africa on Wednesday, June 7. If they lose that match they will have an early departure from this years Champions Trophy.
