Live: India win toss, send Bangladesh to bat


Bangladesh are taking on defending champions India in the second semi-final of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Birmingham. The winner goes to the final to face Pakistan.

India have elected to bowl first at the toss. They have not made any changes from their previous outing against South Africa. They were the group champions of Group B.

Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza would have elected to bowl first as well if he had won the toss. The Tigers are going into this match with an unchanged XI. They won against New Zealand to be the group runners-up of Group B.

It is the fourth time Bangladesh are facing India in an global ODI tournament. It is their first semi-final in any ICC tournaments. If they win today, it will be a history for Bangladesh.
