“It is crystal clear that we have to win against Bangladesh on Friday. If we could do that, it would make our way from the point sharing with Australia and the defeat against England. It is simple, there is no calculation of run – rate, we have to win the match” – he said.

Bangladesh has an upper hand prior to the match as the Tigers beat Kiwis comfortably in their last group match of the tri-nation series.

Kiwi coach Henson further said, “We did not find much pace in the last match in Cardiff. We tried to create opportunities both with the bat and ball. Jeetan Patel and Tim Southee are in a good rhythm. I am hopeful of receiving positive outcome from them in the match.”
