BCB to donate BDT two crore to flood affected people

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have decided to donate BDT two (02) crore to the Prime Minister’s Relief & Welfare Fund for people affected by the recent flood across the country. It will be the very first time the cricket board donates such a big amount for the to the Prime Minister’s Relief & Welfare Fund.

Apart from this, few more decisions also have been made in the meeting. The annual budget of the BCB has been approved. The Board has formed a five-member AGM & EGM Committee.

The members are BCB Directors Mahbubul Anam, Enayet Hossain Siraj, Dr. I. H Mallick, Lokman Hossain Bhuiyan and Chief Executive Office Nizam Uddin Chowdhury.

To be noted, the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will be held in Dhaka on 30 September 2017.
