Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Mortaza, has returned to Bangladesh from India. After receiving ABP, ‘Shera Bengali 2017’ award for his outstanding effort in cricket of Bangladesh, he back in Bangladesh this morning around at 9.00 am. [বাংলায় পড়ুনঃ ঢাকায় ফিরলেন মাশরাফি]
The 33-year-old, Mashrafe who has been selected as the ABP ‘Shera Bengali’ sports person of 2017, was left Bangladesh earlier for India on 28 July, aiming to participate in the award giving ceremony and receiving the award.
The award giving ceremony was held in Kollkata, India on 29 July. After receiving the ‘Sera Bengali 2017’ award, he spent some quality time with his family there. He stayed 4 more days there with his lovely family.
After the end of this short trip of India, he is again back in Bangladesh on Thursday morning. He will join with the Tigers and participate in the conditioning camp. It can be mentioned, a 29-member of preliminary squad of Bangladesh, have been currently doing conditioning camp ahead of their upcoming mission- Australia and South Africa series.
To be noted, Australia will come to Bangladesh in the later of this month for two Test matches. At the end of the series, Bangladesh will tour South Africa. The Tigers are scheduled to feature in two Tests, 3 ODIs and 2 T20I matches in their tour of South Africa.
