Miraz’s team took the field on August 4 in the very first match of the tournament against St Lucia. But Miraz was not in the playing XI of that match for his side.

Again the Knight Riders will take on St Lucia Stars in their second and overall the 6th match of the season. The match will roll onto the ground from 8pm local time (Monday), and 6am BdST (Tuesday).

Even though Miraz didn’t play in the first game, his team got a comfortable 9-wicket victory. Apart from the skipper Dwayne Bravo, stars like Brendon McCullum, Collin Munro, Sunil Narine and Kevon Cooper are playing in this team.

South African modern day great Hashim Amla is also in the squad, but due to his country’s ongoing Test against England, he hasn’t joined the Knight Riders yet. He is expected to join following the completion of the Test series on Tuesday.
