On the ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL), the Barbados Tridents’ skipper Kieron Pollard scored an unbeaten thundering innings of 83 in 35 balls.
His innings was packed with 6 sixes and 5 fours. At the end Barbados got a victory of 21 runs in the rain interrupted match this Friday.
Winning the toss the Tridents scored 196 runs on the given 20 overs. After coming to bat in the second innings, St. Lucia scored 129 runs by losing 6 wickets in 15.2 overs.
After that as the rain came down the match couldn’t go on further. Winning two out of three matches, the Tridents are now second in the points table.
On the other hand, the Sammy’s squad is at the bottom by losing all their three matches.
