Bangladesh cricket team, who are in the part of 29-member preliminary squad for upcoming two series, will travel to Chittagong on Friday for the training camp. [বাংলায় পড়ুনঃ শুক্রবার চট্টগ্রাম যাচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ]
Tigers will start their training camp in Chittagong from Saturday. They will work on their basic skills during the first three days of this training camp.
At the end of skill training phase, they will be featured in a three-day warm up match. Cricketers of the preliminary squad will take part and play this match by dividing in two sides. This match is scheduled to play from 9 August to 11 August.
After the warm-up match, Tigers will start their return journey towards Dhaka on 12 August. Then they will start their practice camp again in Dhaka prior to the Australia cricket team’s tour of Bangladesh.
To be noted, Australia is expected to come in Bangladesh in 18th August for two Tests against the host Tigers. Before the kick-off of the Test series, the visitors will play a two-day warm-up match.
It can be mentioned, first Test of two match Test series between the visitors Australia and host Bangladesh is scheduled to start from 27 August in Dhaka, while last match of the series will be held in Chittagong from 4-8 September.
