Bangladesh national ODI captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is going to witness the friendly cricket match of disabled cricketers in Rangpur on 27th of this month. To encourage disabled children, ARDRID, the organization which is working for the welfare of disabled people throughout the country has arranged the occasion in association with Bdcrictime.com, the largest cricket based online portal of Bangladesh.
The match will be started on 10 am on Wednesday. In a press briefing held at the Rangpur stadium on Monday, ARDRID Chief Executive Officer Badiuzzaman Al Amin said the friendly match of disabled cricketers along with a cultural program by disabled children will be held in the occasion. The CEO of Bdcrictime.com, Md Jabed Ali Shaon also made his presence in the press briefing today.
The occurrence carries the slogan of ‘participate to build a free and united society for the disabled people’ with an aim to provide necessary treatments and rehabilitation facilities for the disabled people around.
DIG of Rangpur Ranger Khondkar Golam Faruque BPM, Vice Chairman of Bashundhora Group Safwan Sobhan, Head of Rangpur Division Major Md Harun Ar Rashid will be among other dignitaries to be present in the occasion.
