Comilla Victorian’s Pakistani recruit Hasan Ali had been seen wearing a mask during Comilla’s final round-robin game against Sylhet Sixers at Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur.

Mask has been a trending news in current cricket world. Sri Lanka had to put on masks in the recently concluded Delhi Test against India. Pacer Suranga Lakmal even vomited on the field.

Densed Dhaka city doesn’t have air pollution like Delhi, but fast bowler Hasan had to put on mask on Wednesday. He fielded with a mask. He didn’t wear a mask when he was bowling. After the end of the match, Comilla manager Noyon explained the reason behind Hasan wearing a mask on the field.

“Hasan Ali was suddenly attacked by asthma during the play. He even came out of the field for a while. He went back to the field after he was given medicines,” he said.

Hasan took two wickets for 35 runs in Comilla’s 25-run victory last night.
