It will be 18 February, 2018 when Sylhet International Stadium will host the first ever match of Bangladesh; the phenomenon evoked tremendous excitement among fans in Sylhet.
On Thursday, Bangladesh Cricket Board Director and general secretary of Sylhet Divisional Sports Association Shafiul Alam Chowdhury informed in a press briefing that out of 18 thousand crowd capacity of Sylhet stadium, 17 thousands tickets would be sold in online.
And it has been known that all 17 thousand tickets were sold within an hour of launching tickets online through the website shohoz.com https://www.shohoz.com/events/tri-nations-odi-series-2018.
Farhad Qureshi, media manager of Sylhet International Cricket Stadium informed further tickets will be available in stadium counter from 12 pm in the match day; those who failed to purchase tickets online, will have a chance to buy from the counter.
The second and last T20I match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka is scheduled to start from 5 pm Bangladesh Standard Time on Sunday (18 February, 2018).
Sri Lanka is leading the two match series 1-0 defeating hosts in the first encounter by 5 wickets.
