The Proteas put on 126 runs without losing any wicket in 29 overs. Elgar is eyeing a tenth Test hundred as he is on 72 runs off 88 balls with 13 boundaries. Markram is unbeaten on 86-ball 54 with eight fours.

All the bowlers except Mustafizur Rahman went over four runs per over. The Fizz bowled six overs for 13 runs including two maidens. Rubel Hossain, Subashis Roy and Taijul Islam couldn’t create much problem for the hosts.
