From the real life hero, Sachin Tendulkar, the living legend of Indian cricket, will soon appear as a comic book hero. Hachette India, the well-known publisher in comic industry of the country released that with a target child audience, the book will be of 25 pages depicting the scintillating points of Sachin’s career.
Thomas Abraham of Hachette India said in this regard, “Sachin’s team has worked on the book and it will have features that will be exciting for the young readers.”
The book will include Sachin’s innings ‘Dessert Storm’ in 1998 ODI tournament in Sharjah.
The comic book is said to be an abridged version of Tendulkar’s autobiography ‘Playing it my way’ and will set to be in the one third price of the original biography.
Tendulkar’s autobiography has broken the record of Steve Job’s autobiography, which was sold 130,000 copies.
There were orders of 150,000 copies of ‘Playing it my way’ to Hachette India on the day of its release. 1 of 1
