Tamim-Shakib to get 8 lac per match in PSL

To bring cricket back in Pakistan, some of the matches will take place in Pakistan in the next edition of PSL. For that, foreign cricketers will get ten thousand dollars in every match, that is 8 lac 20 thousand in Bangladeshi taka. 

For making the foreign cricketers interested to play in Pakistan, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) wants to offer this. Bangladesh’s Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan has already got the proposals along with Chris Gayle, David Warner, Eoin Morgan and many more.

Shakib & Tamim plays for Zalmi

The money that the foreign players will get from their franchises will not get added to this amount. It is PCB who will give 8 lac 20 thousand per match.

Few days ago, 3 match T20 series was arranged between Pakistan and World XI in Pakistan and the event ended successfully. In that tournament, both PCB & ICC contributed money. The World XI cricketers got 82 lac in that tournament. Tamim Iqbal was the only Bangladeshi to feature in the World XI.

In the last edition of PSL, Tamim and Shakib both played for Peshawar Zalmi while Mahmudullah played for Quetta Gladiators. Shakib got 1 crore 10 lac, Tamim got 39 lac and Mahmudullah got 20 lac from the tournament. 1 of 1
