Comilla remain table topper after Dhaka phase matches

The former champions of Bangladesh Premier League, Comilla Victorians who have registered five consecutive victories in the ongoing BPL season five, have finished the second phase of AKS BPL T20 2017 by remaining table topper. [বাংলায় পড়ুনঃ এক নজরে বিপিএলের পয়েন্ট তালিকা]

Beating the giant team Dhaka Dynamites in the ongoing season, Comilla Victorians have claimed the top spot of the points table of AKS BPL 2017 with 10 points. Meanwhile, Dhaka Dynamites, the title holder of BPL, are now at second positions of the points table after their back to back two defeats to Comilla and Rangpur.

Khulna Titans have the same points 9 like Dhaka but they are belonging third place of the points table due to poor run rate than Dhaka. Sylhet Sixers are next to them. Although Nasir Hossain and his co were at the table topper at the end of first phase of the season, they have downfall to fourth positions after second phase with continuous poor form. They have been failed to get any victory in Dhaka phase matches hence they are staying at fourth spot of the points table with 7 points.

After getting back to back win in the last two days of Dhaka phase, Rangpur Riders have surpassed Rajshahi Kings and clinched the fifth positions on the points table. Rajshahi Kings are two points less (4) than Rangpur Riders despite playing excessively one match.

Chittagong Vikings are at the bottom of the AKS BPL T20 2017 points table. They have able to pick up only one victory so far and conceded four defeats out of six matches as a result they are situating at the bottom of the table. They have three points beside their name.
