Mahmudullah worries about top order batsmen form Among seven contending teams of BPL 2017, Khulna Titans is in the top of the points table till to date with 11 points in 8 matches. On the back of two loses, the Titans have clinched 5 wins. Nevertheless whatever the situation is, Khulna Titans skipper Mahmudullah Riyad says he is worried about the top order batting of the team.

According to Mahmudullah, the team is yet to find the best combination and balance.

“Actually this weariness prevailed the previous year as well. We have to do a lot of work with our top order batting. Khulna Titans would be a more balanced team if we will soon reach in our best combination,” he said.

He hopes the top batsmen of the franchise team will soon regain their forms.

Despite being an underrated team in consideration of team strength, Khulna Titans have been doing much well than any other teams this season.

“In T20 cricket, it is hard to perform well without much freedom. As a captain, I always try to provide hundred percent freedom to players. I tell them to play freely without taking pressure. It would not be possible to deliver well enough if cricketers are afraid of failure,” Mahmudullah said. 1 of 1
