Amir, Wahab likely to be included for England tour

In a recent central contract of Pakistan for 2020-2021 season, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has excluded three fast bowlers Hasan Ali, Mohammad Amir and Wahab Riaz from the contract. But there much possibility that Amir and Wahab would be recalled for England tour in August.

Hasan Ali has been ruled out from international cricket at present due to injury.

The selection committee of Pakistan cricket team have started discussion for the England series as the non-contracted players are also in their thinking for the tour. According to report, the initial camp will be consisted of 21 players in which players like Amir, Wahab and Fawad Alam will also be included. The final decision on this matter will be discussed after Eid holidays.

Newbie players like Mohammad Musa, Amad Butt, Khushdil Shah, and Usman Qadir are also expected to be included in the initial camp. The decision of including veterans Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik will also be finalized after Eid holidays.

PCB has given the details of the camp to the players already. The training plans will be handed over in the next month. PCB is considering many options for the camp. A total of 30 players will be selected for final camp. Among them, 25 players will be sent for England tour in August.
