T20 ranking announced after World T20 2016


In ICC T20 ranking Bangladesh is now in 10th position. But they lost 2 rating points.

Before the World cup tigers were in 10th position and their rating point was 76. In World t20 super ten stage Tigers lost all of their four games which cost them two rating points; it has dropped down from 76 to 74. [Read in Bangla: টি২০ রেঙ্কিং প্রকাশ]

After a well performed Asia cup, Bangladesh improved in the ranking. But, despite winning two matches in the world cup group stage against Ireland and Oman, Tigers lost two rating points for their bad performance in super ten.

With 126 points, India is in number 1 position. World cup winner West Indies is in number 2 position with rating points of 125. On the Other hand, Afghanistan is ahead of Bangladesh. They are in 9th position with the rating points 81.
