Bangladesh start practice in Benoni

Bangladesh start practice in Benoni Team Bangladesh reached Benoni on 17th of this month and started practice sessions from the next day.

The visiting team will play a single preparation match against a selected South African eleven starting from 21st of September.

Chief selector Minhajul Abedin Nannu who is travelling with the team as team manager informed team Bangladesh has been practicing hard since reaching Benoni.

The first Test will start from 28th of this month whereas the second match is scheduled to commence 6th of the next month.

A 30 men primary squad of Bangladesh started taking preparation from July prior to the two match Test series against Australia.

After ending the seven weeks long preparation camp, national selectors picked up 14 member squad for the series against Australia.

Visiting Australia leveled the series 1-1 after being defeated in the first Test in Dhaka.

Bangladesh will also play three One day international matches and two T20Is against South Africa.
