Bangladesh’s first warm-up game abandoned

The warm-up game between Bangladesh and Pakistan has been called off with a ball being bowled due to rain.

Due to consistent rain, the umpires have decided to call off the game. The players of both the sides also didn’t want to take any risk as it’s only a warm-up game.

However, Pakistan needed something to boost their confidence ahead of the main stage after a disappointing England series and the loss against Afghanistan in their first warm-up game.

While for Bangladesh, they have one more chance to get used to the conditions as they will be playing their second warm-up game against India on May 28.
