BCB announce 15-member Tigers squad for India tour
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced 15-member Tigers squad for the one-off Test match against India on Wednesday. Bangladesh Test captain Mushfiqur Rahim who had been suffering finger injury and missed the last match of New Zealand series has made comeback in the squad. At the same time, other two cricketers, Imrul Kayes and Mominul Haque who were also ruled out of last match against New Zealand have been included in this squad.
After smashing a double hundred in the BCL, Liton Das has finally made his way to return in the squad one more time. To be noted, Tigers will fly to India on February 2 prior to this historic series. They will play a two-day warm-up match against India ‘A’ in Hyderabad on 5-6 February. After that, the long-awaited one-off historic Test match between Bangladesh and India will kick off from 9 February at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad.
