BCB appoints Nick Lee as Head of Physical Performance


The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Sunday has announced the appointment of Nicholas Trevor Lee as Head of Physical Performance unit for Bangladesh.

The 37-year old Lee hailing from England has entered into a three-year contract with BCB. The role which has started from March 2020 will come to an end on April 2023 according to current terms.

Nicholas Lee has have vast experience in Physical Performance training. Before arriving in Bangladesh he worked as the Strength & Conditioning Coach of Sri Lanka’s National Cricket Team from 2016.

Before that Lee was the Head of Strength & Conditioning of Sussex County Cricket Club; he also served as coach in Academy of Strength & Conditioning and Interim Head of Science & Medicine of that particular club.
