Bees attack audience in India A vs England Lions at Thiruvananthapuram

Spectators were attacked by the bees in the ongoing match between India A and England Lions at Thiruvananthapuram.

The game between bat and ball always has some risks too with it. For safeguarding them from such physical risks, cricket players always use safety kits with them during the plays.

But in some rare occasions the spectators on the ground will be attacked. Most of the times it will be with the cricket balls entering into the stands. But now a rare incident happened in the One-day game between India A and England Lions.

During the match though the bees attacked the fans sitting in the stands according to the Asianet News. The play had to be stopped due to the same reason and three persons were admitted to the hospital as well.

But the attack from bees were limited to only the stands and stadiums as no players were attacked in the bee attack at Thiruvananthapuram. The play was halted for 15 minutes to clear all the issues and resumed again.

India A is having another dominating day in the series at Thiruvananthapuram. England Lions batted first and managed to score only 221 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allocated 50 overs. For India A Shradul Thakur bagged 4 wickets while Rahul Cjahar took two.

In reply, India A are having a good chase and well on track to win the game. KL Rahul had a decent come back into the game with 42 runs as an opener for India A. Rishabh Pant is also having a game there after rested for the New Zealand tour.
