Bumrah, Kuldeep, Umesh rested for third T20I

Indian bowlers Umesh Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav has been rested for the final T20I against Windies in the three-match series between both teams.

Windies tour of India has come to the finishing point with only one game to go in the three-match T20I series. Windies are having a tough tour with only one win and a convincing tie in the ODI series.

India whitewashed Windies in the Test series with 2-0. But Windies looked competitive in the early parts of the ODI series with a win and a thrilling tie. But that turn around didn’t last long since they lost the remaining two ODIs with huge margins.

There was some expectation on them ahead of the T20I series. But the story remained the same for the visitors with losing the two T20I in a disastrous manner. The third and final T20I is set to be played on 11th November in Chennai.

Since India already won theT20I series, they have rested their prime bowlers Jasprit Bumrah, Umesh Yadav and Kuldeep Yadav. Siddharth Kaul has been added to the team ahead of the match in Chennai.

Nowadays BCCI is keen on the fitness level of the players and keeps resting their star players in a rotatory method. India are having a hectic schedule in the forthcoming days including overseas tours to Australia and New Zealand.
