Bumrah reacts after fans question ‘transparent underwear’
India’s No.1 ODI bowler Jasprit Bumrah has been having a great time both on and off the cricket field. On the field, he has enjoyed taking wickets at crucial junctures and off the field, he hangs out with his teammates by going to beach, parties, resorts and other interesting places.
The fast bowler is active on social media platforms too. It was only recently he shared a picture of him and captain Virat Kohli chilling a day out at Jolly beach before the start of the first Test against the West Indies in Antigua.
All members of the team, including Virat Kohli himself, had posted pictures from the day out they had spent quality time at the beach before ICC World Test Championship started.
But, Jasprit Bumrah’s picture with Kohli seemed to grab too much attention for all the wrong reasons with many citing that the boxer the fast bowler was wearing revealed far more than what he may have actually intended. Some of the remarks were vicious, suggesting that the photo was inappropriate.
The pacer Bumrah who has witnessed all these infamous trolls surrounding his picture has finally responded. He took to his official account to say, “Fun fact: The understanding of lights and shadows isn’t common these days. Hope people recover from it soon.”
On the work front, Jasprit Bumrah has proved that he is the big bowler for India. He dismissed Darren Bravo during the West Indies innings and went on to become the fastest Indian bowler to reach 50 Test wickets.
