Meanwhile, Bangladesh Cricket team are scheduled for a tough series after this Eid as Australia will come to Bangladesh to play two test matches.

Although Rubel has no such chance to be selected for the Test team, still he is confident of being picked in the test squad for the upcoming series of the side.

England tour was excellent for me as I played regularly but my performance was not that good. My target is now to improve my bowling and keep my place in playing XI. I am injured now but hopefully I’ll be back before the conditioning camp on 10th July,” Rubel said.

He added, “I always try to give my hundred percent while playing for Bangladesh. We’ll play 2 test matches against Australia where bowlers will have to bowl for a longer period. That’s why I am trying hard to keep myself fit. By the grace of Almighty Allah, I’ll be in the team.”
