Dhoni delays home return, waits for his CSK teammates to travel first
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni has delayed his return to his home Ranchi as wants all his CSK teammates to depart first for their home.
According to reports, Dhoni informed his teammates in a virtual meeting that he would be the last man to board the flight back home. And as India was the host of Indian Premier League (IPL), the foreign players should get the priority to travel first, then the Indians.
“Mahibhai said that he will be the last person to leave the hotel. He wanted foreigners to leave first, then the Indian players. He will be taking the last flight tomorrow when everyone reaches their home safe and secure,” a member of CSK was quoted as saying by Indian Express.
IPL 2021 had been suspended indefinitely considering the COVID-19 outbreak inside the bio-bubbles of the franchises on Tuesday.

Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance owned- Mumbai Indians (MI) are arranging multiple chartered flights to send back their players home. Not only that, they are believed to have offered players from other franchises join them.
