England to play full series against Bangladesh in 2016

The England national cricket team will tour Bangladesh to play a full series of two Test matches and three one day matches in October – November of 2016. The tour schedules have been fixed under the ‘Future tour program (FTP)’ of international Cricket Council.

It will be the second full tour schedule between England and Bangladesh. Earlier the tigers visited England to play a full series back in the month of May, 2010. Prior to that England had a tour in Bangladesh seven years before in 2003.

After the next year, the home team has faint chances to gain any opportunity to play in overseas bilateral series with England in next several years or so.

Bangladesh and England faced each other in the two consecutive world cup tournament of 2011 and 2015; the tigers defeated England in both the encounters.

All the matches of 2016 tour will be telecasted live by Sky Sports.
