Ex-Pakistan pacer tells Sehwag to shut up
After Shoaib Akhtar, yet another ex-Pakistan pacer has smashed former India opener Virender Sehwag for his bygone remark made against a number of Pakistan cricketers.
Recently Sehwag had accused Rana and other Pakistan legends like Mohammad Yousuf and Saqlain Mushtaq of praising the Indian team in order to make more money. Shoaib Akhtar was also in Sehwag’s target list.
“Former Pakistan players like Mohammad Yousuf, Saqlain Mushtaq, Rana Naved and more are keen to praise Indian cricket as they are after money from Indian media and they know that by praising the Indian team they may get contracts from Indian media outlets,” Sehwag had said before adding, “If you earn 1 Lakh Rupees here, then that is 2 Lakhs in Pakistan.”
This comment did not go down too well with Naved-ul-Hasan who posted his video on his YouTube channel and asked Sehwag to be more careful while speaking about Pakistan legends.
“2 years ago also you had given this statement and we did not react, but now we are forced to give it back to you. I have to give it back to you on social media,” said Hasan.
“Beware, and don’t dare to say a single bad line against our legend players ever again. We respect our seniors. So shut your mouth, and never try to say this nonsense about them. Don’t try to get footage by talking against Pakistani players in every two or three months,” he added.
A few days ago Shoaib Akhtar had suggested that he has more money than Sehwag has hair on his head.
