Faf du Plessis expresses his anger after his flight miss to India

South Africa test skipper Faf du Plessis missed his corresponding flight to India from Dubai after a deferral from British Airways on Saturday in front of the three match test series against India.

Plessis was rested for the T20 series against India. So, he’s on his way to India to join the test squad but the captain had to wait some more hours after his British Airways flight was delayed. He stated this as “one of his worst flying experiences” in his whole career.

He took to twitter to share his bad experience and tweeted: “Wow @British_Airways service is so bad !!!” After some time he again tweeted: “Finally on a plane to Dubai after a 4 hour delay . Now I’m gonna miss my flight to India, next flight is only 10 hours later…@British_Airways.”

Faf in a subsequent tweet later on said that his kit bag has not arrived and proceeded to express his flying knowledge as ‘most noticeably awful’. “When life gives you lemons , make lemonade .My cricket bag hasn’t arrived !!!!!!!!!! Actually can just smile about it but, wow @British_Airways today was one of my worst flying experiences where everything went wrong. Now just hoping I’ll have my bats back eventually,” Plessis tweeted.

The three-match test series will start on October 2 at the Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. Currently T20 series is underway where India are leading the three-match series by 1-0.
