The ongoing Test match series is currently level at 1-1. Australia and India are giving absolutely everything to win the fourth and final Test at the Gabba. Australia won the toss and opted to bat first. They managed to post 369 in the first innings.

Marnus Labuschagne was the pick of the batsmen as he scored a marvellous fifth Test century. He ended up scoring 108. Australia Test captain Tim Paine also played his part by scoring a decent half-century.

The debutants namely Washington Sundar, T Natarajan and Shardul Thakur took 3 wickets each. They had a dream debut in Brisbane. T Natarajan also became the first Indian cricketer to make a debut in all three formats of the same tour itself.

Fan takes a swipe at Murali Kartik

While TV viewers are enjoying the match, they are busy listening to commentators for live updates. Meanwhile, one of the fans took to his Twitter platform to make a shocking comment on former Indian cricketer and current commentator Murali Kartik.

“Is there a more irritating commentator than @kartikmurali? #INDvsAUSTest #GabbaTest @SonyLIV what producers see in him is beyond me,” the fan wrote.

Murali Kartik who came across this tweet was quick to reply to the tweet. He wrote: “Thanks for your kind wordsFolded hands.”

Meanwhile, another fan joined the conversation and wrote: “Your words make the Test match more interesting sir… Keep going.”

Murali Kartik replied to the fan’s tweet by writing: “Cheers thanks.”

India scored 161 for the loss of 4 wickets in 60 overs at Lunch. Rohit Sharma departed for 44 while Gill got out after scoring 7. Pujara and Rahane departed for 25 and 37 respectively. Mayank Agarwal and Rishabh Pant are batting on 38 and 4 respectively.
