Franchises to look for Mustafiz?

Player draft for the fifth season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will take place on 16th September. Undoubtedly every franchise will be trying to pick Mustafizur Rahman, the best cutter master of the world, in their team.

Mustafiz was supposed to start this season of the BPL representing Barisal Bulls. But for breaking the laws of the tournament, Barisal was disqualified from this season.

The 21-year old pacer has been nominated as a player of A+ category. 60 thousand dollar is his base price which is equal to 50 lac Bangladeshi taka.

It is assumed that the auction ceremony will be started hiring Mustafizur Rahman. His mesmerising performance is enough to attract the eyesight of the franchises.

Meanwhile, Shariar Nafees is also added to the players draft list as Barisal Bulls were disqualified. Nazmul Hasan Shanto will also be in top rated players list for his recent extraordinary perfromance.

Beside Mustafizur there are some more bowlers including Abdur Razzak, Abu Haider Rony, Abul Hasan Raju who will be in the eyesight of the franchises. In foreign players list franchises will be wanting to take the top rated batsman’s of Pakistan, Srilanka and England.

Azhar Ali, Misbah-Ul-Haq, Kamran Akmal, Dinesh Chandimal, Upul Tharanga, Garry Balance and Tim Bresnan are in the A grade category players’ list. Their starting price will be 70 thousand dollar. Alhough Jack Ball and Shohail tanvir are in the B grade players list, they also will be in high demand.

Jesse Ryder, batsman from Newzealand is also categorized as a B grade player. To take the B graded players like them franchises will have to spent a starting price of 50 thousand dollar for each of them.
