Gayle to play for Rangpur Riders in BPL 2018 Christopher Henry Gayle single handedly demolished Khulna Titans in the eliminator and then Dhaka Dynamites in the final of BPL 2017, pocketed all the prestigious awards that of Man of the final and Man of the tournament as well.

After the giant show, it is reported that Rangpur Riders have extended the contract with Chris Gayle; thus the Caribbean maestro will be seen playing for the Riders in the next edition of the Bangladesh Premier League as well.

With two centuries and equal number of half centuries, Gayle hammered 485 runs in 11 matches in this year’s BPL, the highest number of runs by any batsman in the tournament.

Incredibly, he smashed 47 sixes in the tournament besides 29 boundaries.

It can be noted Chris Gayle played in all five editions of BPL but he played most number of matches this year.
