Vijay Shankar will join the team before the start of the second One Day match at Adelaide. He will be a part of the squad for the One Day series in Australia and also in the tour of New Zealand. Shubman Gill has been picked for the One Day series and also the Twenty/20s in New Zealand.

Pandya and Rahul are on the spotlight since their appearance in a TV show called ‘Koffee with Karan’ have been sent back home on Saturday. They have also been given week to respond to the show cause notice issued to them by the CoA on Friday.

The two-member CoA comprising Vinod Rai and Diana Edulji is figuring out who should carry out the inquiry after the players submit their explanations. The two members of the CoA panel aren’t on the same page on this matter, which is complicated by the sexual-harassment inquiry that the BCCI CEO Rahul Johri recently faced.
