Habibul Bashar too couldn’t remain out of suspicion

Habibul Bashar, the former captain of Bangladesh is under suspicion of ICC Anti-Corruption & Security Unit (ACSU) a news like that was on air in a private TV channel of Bangladesh. This channel aired the news referring to a remark of the Dhaka-Gladiators owner. However, the owner Selim Chowdhury refused this saying, ‘the news had come in wrong manner. I am objecting this. The remark made by me was partly publicized that’s why the meaning was changed.’

“ACSU wanted to learn about Habibul Bashar . I told them that, he wasn’t involved with Dhaka Gladiator this year. I don’t really have any kind of relation with him. They also asked me about others whose name was in the media. For instance, they wanted to learn about Mohammad Rafique. I told him that, he is completely unblemished.’ Selim Chowdhury said in a different interview, lately.

Meanwhile, Habibul Basar was completely devastated as his name has come to the media. ‘I am speechless. Why would my name come? I know nothing about this. This is a scruffy matter. There is no reason to be involved in this.’ Habibul Bashar said with a tearing voice.
