One bad news after another seems to have become a constant companion in Hasan Ali’s life. He was recently dropped from the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) central contract.

But the bigger bad news this time around is that the 25-year-old fast bowler may have to spend a lot of time out again from cricket.

It is speculated that Hasan Ali may be out of action for six consecutive months due to injury. That is what one of the media ‘Business Recorder’ of Pakistan said.

In 2019, he had to stay out of the field for three consecutive months due to back injury and rib fracture. After recovering from that injury, he returned to competitive cricket with the 5th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). PSL is currently suspended due to coronavirus.

The PCB is closely monitoring Hasan Ali’s injury situation. Attempts are being made to find out at what stage of his injury. After taking the opinion of the PCB officials, a decision will be taken considering whether any surgery will be done on Hasan Ali’s injury.

Hasan Ali has recently been dropped recently from the PCB’s next 12-month central contract.
